Cancellation Policy
A card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
Haircuts:
If you cancel within 24 hours or no‑show, the card on file will be charged the full haircut price.
Color and Blonding:
A non‑refundable deposit is required once your appointment request is approved.
If you cancel within 48 hours or no‑show, the deposit is forfeited and the card on file may be charged for the remaining reserved time.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Declined Cards:
If the card on file is locked, declined, or unable to be charged, the balance must be paid before booking any future appointments.
